Carpet Cleaning During COVID-19 throughout Herefordshire.
The Government has confirmed that we can continue to work in customers homes to carry-out services, this includes cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and rug cleaning.
During this still unprecedented time, brought upon us by the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, Proclene are continuing to provide our services to the best of our abilities throughout Herefordshire, whilst ensuring 100% safe working procedures and practices to keep you, and Proclenes' technicians safe.
We are taking extra-safe precautions beyond the Government guidelines, to ensure your safety as well as our own.
All of our services have always included sanitising as standard so nothing will change on that front, the only difference is that the product has now been certified as 99.99% effective against SARS-CoV-2, which is the virus that causes COVID-19.
As you can imagine, as a professional cleaning company that has always specialised in sanitised carpet cleaning, our services are now in much greater demand as a result. With this in mind, we have put in place, what we feel to be the correct measures to ensure your safety, and that we can continue to provide our sanitising and cleaning services throughout the COVID-19 outbreak, including tier restrictions and any lock downs, obviously subject to certain health and safety criteria being met.
Your safety as well as our own is our priority, and therefore you can be 100% assured that we will not put you at risk & we will not put ourselves at risk.
SAFE for you Contactless Carpet Cleaning
For your safety and our own safety; we are requesting that our stricter and safer guidelines be adhered to rather than those set out by the government.
Proclene feel very strongly that these rules have been relaxed to much, too quickly, and as a result we would very much prefer that our customers and our technicians maintain a minimum distance of 3 metres apart, we want you as well as us to be safe, and remain fit and healthy.
What other safety measures & procedures can you expect from Proclene?
Upon arrival to your home or business we will take the following
steps;
1. We will wear a fresh face-mask
2.
Sanitise hands, don a fresh pair of disposable gloves, sanitise gloves.
3. Knock on your door.
4. step back 3 metres. Introduce ourselves and discuss your
requirements.
5. we will step back again
so that we can lower our face mask so that you can see who you
are letting in to your home, plus it's good to put a face to a
name and a business.
Upon entering your home or business premises;
We would kindly request that you and your
family including pets move to a room that we are not going to be
entering.
We will sanitise touch points such as door
handles, frames, stair handrails and light switches etc.
We
will inspect each item that we will be cleaning i.e.
carpet, upholstery, rugs.
We will report back to you telling you exactly what
you should expect and explain any issues such as problem stains.
Upon confirmation from you, for us to proceed;
We will set up our equipment (sanitised
after our previous job) and proceed to clean and sanitise your
carpets, upholstery or Rugs.
Upon completion;
We will remove our tools and
equipment from your property.
We will re-sanitise the same
touch areas and any other areas that would have touched. We will
notify you that we have finished, and request that you
inspect the items cleaned to ensure that we have delivered
everything that we promised, and that you are 100% delighted with
our work.
Whilst you are inspecting our cleaning;
We
will be outside sanitising our tools and equipment as we put
them back in the van, this is so that they are safe for our next customer
(just as we did for you).
Once you have confirmed that you are delighted with the cleaning we have carried-out, we will bid you a good day and leave you to enjoy the use of your freshly cleaned and sanitised carpets, upholstery & rugs.

Those of you that have used us previously, you will know that all of our cleaning services have always been carried-out with the added use of antibacterial, antimicrobial and antiviral treatments being applied as standard. This will not change, however we will now apply a product that has been certified 99.99% effective against SARS-CoV-2.
Please note: Although It has now been confirmed that our Sanitising product is 99.99% effective against Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes the COVID-19 disease), It is important that we advise you that although we are very thorough in our cleaning processes we cannot guarantee 100% sanitisation.
