In this exciting role, you will be working on New Build Housing construction sites overseeing the cleaning of show homes, sales offices, site welfare, and new build houses in the Gloucestershire and Swindon areas, communicating with site managers, sales advisors and quantity surveyors, whilst working closely with the company director, management, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- β¨ Ensuring high cleaning standards for show homes, sales offices, site welfare, and new build houses.
- π§Ή Performing daily cleaning tasks as required.
- π€ Providing outstanding customer service and addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- π Developing and implementing innovative cleaning processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, with full financial support.
- π± Supporting the company's growth plans and exploring new business opportunities.
- π₯ Leading and managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they perform at their best.
- π Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork.
